Detached from the direction of innovation and housing of a large French bank, I was in charge of the launch of a new service of Condominium Syndic online. With a strong desire to reinvent the business and the customer relationship:

I have work with a team of 5 product owners in the realization of digital and innovation projects (from the expression of need, to the benchmark for decide the solution, the follow-up of the project, the deployment and the change management).
My mission was to deploy the new relational tools in destination to our customers for their commercial exchanges with their bank adviser: chat, appointments in video, artificial intelligence in relational tools, text messenging.
I also worked on the design of the social and community space of Crédit Agricole’s new customer portal.
