Project Team leader, on customer relationship solutions
In Crédit Agricole, first French Bank in retail
I led a team of 5 product owners in the realization of digital and innovation projects (from the expression of need, to the benchmark for decide the solution, the follow-up of the project, the deployment and the change management).
My mission was to deploy the new customer relationship management solution and interaction solutions in destination to our customers for their commercial exchanges with their bank adviser: chat, video-conference, artificial intelligence in relational tools, text messenging.
I also worked on the design of the social and community space of Crédit Agricole’s new customer portal.
