I took over the management of e-commerce projects under my mission in DPSO Consulting. Autonomously in a human-sized agency, I implemented marketing and communication strategies for our clients.
My main tasks today makes me able to :
- To control and monitor projects in their entirety: Planning, WebAnalytics, Reporting, ROI
- Make the webmastering: Managing CMS
- Write content and make a successful Community Management
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of campaigns adWords and Facebook Ads
- Optimize the SEO of a site
- Be responsible for the design and affiliate campaigns and emailing
- To produce original artwork (web banners, newsletter, mini-site)
Consultant for the commercial launch of this “Boutique Hotel”, I first realized a complete SEO audit of the existing site: content, keywords, positioning compared to competitors and volumes of requests, techniques (meta-tags) and images, social media.
Then, I realized the strategic planning of an Instagram animation for 7 months (teasing before the opening of the guest house): visuals in agreement with the graphic identity, contents, hashtags, and temporality of the posts.
